Personal Training

We offer personal training with certified personal trainers. Participants must be age 14 or older. Sessions are by appointment only.

Fee: $25 per hour for one-on-one sessions or save by buying 6 session pack for $136. Two-person sessions available at $37.50 per hour (together, not per person). **A 2 hour cancellation notice is required for any cancelled appointments**


Fitness Orientation

Get off on the right track. A trained gym attendant will introduce you to our cardiovascular and strength training equipment and show you how to properly use it for the most beneficial workout. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Appointments can be scheduled on Monday and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. If another day or time is needed, please talk to Jackie Smith. Please allow one week notice for all appointments.

Fitness Punch Cards

Interested in taking a class but your schedule changes or you can’t commit to all 6 weeks of the class? No worries, our new Fitness Punch Cards allow you the flexibility to come to class when you can. Some restrictions apply. Does not include spinning.

Core Conditioning

This non-intimidating pilates-type class will focus on your body’s “core” abdominal, back and glutes, giving you a more toned body.

Zumba

Zumba is a cardio dance workout that is full of Latin flair and flavor! You are sure to have a blast and work up a sweat with this high-energy cardio workout. The dance styles in Zumba consist of salsa, meringue, cha-cha and reggaeton. Simplicity is the key in Zumba and this fitness program is accessible to people of all exercise levels. This class does include some aspects of Zumba Toning.

Silver Zumba

If you love Zumba but are looking for a class with lower intensity, then this modified Latin based dance class is for you. It's easy to follow, low impact & perfect for beginners.

Power Plus

This combo class is designed for all fitness levels to help you gain muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance using all types of equipment.

Extreme Power

This total body workout is resistance training set to dynamic music. Extreme Power is designed specifically for those individuals who perceive resistance training as tedious and boring; and for those particular women who are intimidated by resistance training equipment believing they will develop big, bulky bodies. It increases body composition – less fat – more lean muscle. It will increase metabolism, burn more calories all day long due to less fat and more muscle; and it improves body tone, muscle definition, strength and endurance.

Spinning

All classes are taught by certified instructors on Spinner bikes. Burn hundreds of calories during this cycling inspired class, which combines sound training principles, music and a unique mind/body philosophy. Spinning is designed to fit participants of all abilities and provides the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Rates are per six week session.

6 Week Challenge

Come experience Cardio - Interval - Powerflex - BOSU - Kettlebells - Step - Resist A Ball - Agility Ladder & Weights! We'll use all the equipment to keep your body challenged for 6 weeks!

Synrgy 360 Group Fitness Class

Synrgy 360 is an explosive group circuit program designed to provide non-stop interval training that lets you hit all your fitness goals. It will challenge you on all levels - stamina, muscular endurance, flexibility, power & coordination. come join the fun!

PiYo

PiYo is a total body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates & Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility & have a great time doing it.

Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers is a special low-impact class designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Biometrics Nutrition & Fitness Program

Biometrics is a proven fitness and weight management program that combines nutrition and fitness, with no gimmicks, pre-packaged foods, pills or supplements. Six-week and twelve-week options are available to stimulate weight loss by combining a moderate calorie meal plan (using real food) with strength training that helps preserve and increase lean muscle tissue.
