Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid, CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements OR to be better prepared in their own personal life. This course will help you feel prepared to react quickly and correctly during an emergency.

While it might not sound like much, most people never manage to lose those extra pounds. You are invited to join our Great Maintenance Challenge in an effort to motivate yourself to ‘Maintain Not Gain’ throughout the holidays!
Weigh in at the Community Center on November 13 or 17 between 6:00 - 8:00 am or 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
$5 will go into our Maintenance Pot.
Come back January 8 or 12 between 6:00 - 8:00 am or 3:00 - 5:00 pm to weigh in again. Maintain your weight and get your money back, plus maybe more!
Lose the most body weight percent and be eligible to win a Community Center gift card!
Those who maintain or lose weight will have all the money in the pot split between them.
This recreational league consists of one game per week for eight weeks with a tournament at the end. A great activity for coworkers!

Or perhaps you’re new to tennis and want to learn the basics. Either way, teaching pro Joshua Parmenter will help you work toward your goals in a low-stress, individualized 50-minute session.
