Slow Flow

This class‏ blends the Yoga Basics with the flowing aspects of a vinyasa class at much slower pace, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is therapeutic and inspiring. This class is for beginners and experienced students. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled.

Chair Yoga

If you have inflexibility, knee issues, disabilities,or just can not get on the floor, you can benefit from this class. the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s health benefits. You will practice varying breathing techniques, balancing, core strengthening, shoulder exercises to keep the shoulder healthy and enjoy a great community.

Yoga for Neck & Back Care

This class is designed to alleviate tension, decompress and align your spine in a gentle and mindful practice. We will be in varying postures on the floor, standing, while utilizing props including the wall. Suitable for beginners through advanced yogis.

Yoga 101

We will explore the fundamentals of yoga with techniques and practices to integrate the mind, body and spirit. Touching your toes is not required. There will be some standing movement, seated stretching, and lying down poses in each class. Modifications and props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets are offered and used for a safe practice.

All Levels Slow Flow Yoga

All yogis welcome…beginning and seasoned! a gentle, slower-paced practice focusing on bending, stretching and opening tight areas of the body. work on balance, breath and flexibility.

A laid back, faster-paced vinyasa practice focusing on core strength and balance. includes beginning arm balances. it is recommended that you have attended a few yoga classes before attending this practice.

Sunrise Yoga Board

Challenge yourself and strengthen your inner core and balance in this class and use muscles you didn’t know you had to stabilize yourself. The Indo yoga board is designed to simulate Stand Up Paddle Board yoga on water. The board is on rockers for first timers and one can increase the intensity by adding air filled cushions. This class in intermediate level. Some yoga experience is helpful. Challenging and FUN!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is wonderful and appropriate for all bodies. If you are a beginner or working with limited mobility, or simply prefer a softer approach to your practice gentle yoga is for you. We will be using props to help relax into the pose and support our practice. Most of this class is done on the floor.

Lunch Yoga

Lunch yoga will help refresh and recharge you. We will be moving with breath in varying poses without getting too sweaty so that you can comfortably go about the rest of your day. This class is open to all levels of yoga experience with modifications being offered.

Evening Flow

Detox your mind, body and spirit in this evening flow as you unwind from your day. This practice includes, flowing, long holds, twists, balance and challenging poses. Some yoga experience for a safe practice is a plus.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
