Get off on the right track. A trained gym attendant will introduce you to our cardiovascular and strength training equipment and show you how to properly use it for the most beneficial workout. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Appointments can be scheduled on Monday at 6:00 pm or Thursday at 10:00am. If another day or time is needed, please talk to Jackie Smith. Please allow one week notice for all appointments.
