LIVE LIFE IN COLOR as you run the Madeline Rae Flieg Memorial Vocal Scholarship 5k Color Run/Walk. All proceeds will benefit a graduating SGHS Senior pursuing a vocal performance career path with an emphasis in Opera. The race will begin at the Ste. Genevieve County Community Center in the back parking lot.

People of all ability levels are encouraged to participate in the Polar Bear 5K run & try their hand at a game of poker. Register by January 15 to guarantee a long sleeve T-shirt. Awards include trophies for the top overall male and female, and medals for first-third place in each age group. The participant with the highest poker hand will receive the PBR Grand Prize! Participants will be categorized into male or female within the following age groups: 15 & under; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60 & over.

Bring the whole family for this free event to experience emergency vehicles and heavy equipment like never before. Children are encouraged to climb on, sit in and touch trucks from all different venues and to learn about the people of the community that make these machines work. There will be food available for purchase, a bounce house and games for the kids to play.
