This gentle-movement warm water pool class is designed to improve joint mobility, increase strength and flexibility and decrease pain and stiffness. Includes specific exercises for stretching, range of motion, endurance. You will notice improvements in YOUR agility, coordination and balance after consecutive classes.

Here’s a way to burn fat in the water! Plus, you can tone your muscles, increase cardiovascular fitness, decrease blood pressure and improve sleep patterns and performance of daily activities. Water has about 12 times the resistance of air, so your muscles have to work harder.

Learn to Swim School
The Learn to Swim School curriculum is designed for students ages 6 months to adult. Benchmarks are established at each stage in the program that combine both swimming and safety skills. Students participate in experiential learning activities that allow them to explore the water in a creative and comfortable environment. Correct swimming techniques are taught from the very beginning, providing an easy transition to swim team.
Class size is limited to assure swimmers the individual attention needed. Each session includes eight half hour lessons. Individuals will be contacted with exact meeting time before classes start.
