Yoga Board - Beginner Friendly

Challenge yourself and strengthen your inner core and balance in this class and use muscles you didn’t know you had to stabilize yourself. The Indo yoga board is designed to simulate Stand Up Paddle Board yoga on water. The board is on rockers for first timers and one can increase the intensity by adding air filled cushions. This class in intermediate level. Some yoga experience is helpful. Challenging and FUN!

Chair Yoga

If you have inflexibility, knee issues, disabilities,or just can not get on the floor, you can benefit from this class. the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s health benefits. You will practice varying breathing techniques, balancing, core strengthening, shoulder exercises to keep the shoulder healthy and enjoy a great community.

Power Flow

A vinyasa yoga class that is active and athletic, linking breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. it tones and sculpts the entire body. Don't be afraid or fooled by the class name, modifications will always be offered.

Weekend Energy Yoga

Lori Schultz, RYT, will guide a vinyasa style yoga flow connecting breath to movement, energizing mind, body and spirit. This is a perfect class for beginners to learn the poses at a slower pace, giving time to explore individual postures and build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students can refine fundamentals of the poses. All levels welcome! You will leave feeling refreshed and energized, ready to take on your weekend. Come have fun on your mat!

Gentle Yoga

This practice will focus on alignment and lengthening muscles and waking up the meridians. Mat work will include, breath work, yin and yang poses, standing, sitting and lying
