Yoga For Everybody

For beginners and experienced. Start your week off with a class to focus on alignment, flexibility and strength. Each class starts with breath work for lungs, movement for the body and rest for the mind.

Day: Monday

Time: 8:00 - 9:00 am

Chair Yoga

If you have inflexibility, knee issues, disabilities,or just can not get on the floor, you can benefit from this class. the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s health benefits. You will practice varying breathing techniques, balancing, core strengthening, shoulder exercises to keep the shoulder healthy and enjoy a great community.

Hatha Yoga

Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated to the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. This class is open to all bodies and level of yoga experience.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is intended to take the mindfulness that is found in all disciplines of yoga to the next level. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. This class is open to all bodies and level of yoga experience.

Sunrise Yoga Board

Challenge yourself and strengthen your inner core and balance in this class and use muscles you didn’t know you had to stabilize yourself. The Indo yoga board is designed to simulate Stand Up Paddle Board yoga on water. The board is on rockers for first timers and one can increase the intensity by adding air filled cushions. This class in intermediate level. Some yoga experience is helpful. Challenging and FUN!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is wonderful and appropriate for all bodies. If you are a beginner or working with limited mobility, or simply prefer a softer approach to your practice gentle yoga is for you. We will be using props to help relax into the pose and support our practice. Most of this class is done on the floor.

Power Flow

A vinyasa yoga class that is active and athletic, linking breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. it tones and sculpts the entire body. Don't be afraid or fooled by the class name, modifications will always be offered.

Yoga Therapeutics

This practice will focus on ways to help the body release to find more movement. Each week will be different with topics such as shoulders, lower back, hips, meditation and yoga nidra.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.

Weekend Energy Yoga

Lori Schultz, RYT, will guide a vinyasa style yoga flow connecting breath to movement, energizing mind, body and spirit. This is a perfect class for beginners to learn the poses at a slower pace, giving time to explore individual postures and build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students can refine fundamentals of the poses. All levels welcome! You will leave feeling refreshed and energized, ready to take on your weekend. Come have fun on your mat!

Family Yoga

Yoga and fun for the entire family; children, parents and grandparents! Classes use breath, a variety of partner and family poses, songs and activities, storytelling, mindfulness and a family savasana. An ideal way to spend some time together that is both fun and enriching for all participants. You will leave this class connected to your family members and ready to take on your day! Ages 3 & up recommended.

Non-members Adults $8 per class, children $3 per class
