If I am just watching my child in the pool, and he Is over the age of ten, do I have to pay to go into the pool?
Yes. If you do not want to pay, there is an alcove near our east entrance that you can sit in and view the pool. If you want to go into the pool area you will have to pay the appropriate fee.
How do I know if my class will be cancelled due to inclement weather?
If the facility is still open but an instructor wishes to cancel class, we will notify you with a phone call.
The class I want to do is on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I just want to come on Thursdays. Can I do that?
Yes. When signing up just tell the Front Desk and they will reduce the price by half.
Can I call over the phone and sign up for my class or program?
In most cases, yes. You still must sign the receipt next time you are in the building and we can only accept registrations if you have a credit card number we can take via the phone.
Is there a deadline for signing up for a class?
No, but we recommend signing up at least one week prior to ensure the class does not reach capacity or is cancelled from lack of participants.

How old does someone have to be to take a fitness class?
Fourteen
How old does my child have to be to swim by their self?
Any child under the age of 10 must have someone over the age of 14 with them at all times.
I am going to miss two Mondays and one Wednesday in my fitness class, can I get it prorated?
No. While we try to accomadate everyone as best as we can, we do not refund/prorate for days missed here and there. We do allow prorating if you will be missing every Tuesday in a Tuesday/Thursday class.
How tall do you have to be to go on the slide?
Anyone going down the slide must be at least 48" tall. Noone under that height is allowed down the slide due to safety issues.
